Volunteer Tool Inc., located in Cookeville, Tn. is interviewing experienced candidates to manage/supervise the welding and fabrication department. An in-depth knowledge as well as hands on experience of all weld processes i.e., GMAW, GTAW, SMAW using common raw materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum as well as soldering and brazing is required. Must be able to interpret blueprints, have the ability to tack and weld/fabricate structural frames, both large and small in size. Applicant must have the ability to fabricate lite gage, sheet metal parts and components such as machine guards, chutes etc. that require these type materials, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Minimum of 5 years experience is preferred along with the ability to lead, supervise and motivate others. Ability to schedule/plan work thru the weld/fab department is required.
